The SignalFire Sentinel is battery-powered family of nodes that extracts and transmits data from a variety of sensors via a wireless mesh network back to a gateway where data is available via a Modbus RTU or TCP interfaces. The Sentinel will interface with virtually all sensor types commonly found in the oil field, including analog, Modbus, Hart, digital output, thermocouple, turbine, potentiometer, and others.
Rated to Class 1 Division 1 and 2 hazardous location standards, the Sentinel is uniquely positioned to take advantage of the widely varying monitoring and control environments found in the modern-day oil field. The equipment is oil field-proven, rugged, and reliable – a must for this type of application.

True wireless: powers both the radio system and the sensor/transmitter. User configurable for 18 and 12.5V. Barriers and external power not required.
