AW-Lake Company is very excited to announce the upcoming deployment of its new company-wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Epicor. This powerful automated business system supports our long-term growth strategy and strong commitment towards excellence and will enable AW-Lake to work more efficiently and improve responsiveness with customers, suppliers, and partners. Over the past 7 months, AW-Lake’s Finance, Customer Service, Procurement and Operations teams have been busy working on the deployment of our new ERP system.
With Epicor, all customer touch points, from quote generation to product delivery are streamlined within one system. This level of integration provides full visibility into customer and product activity. While most of the changes resulting from this ERP upgrade will be transparent to our customers, any documentation produced from the system, such as quotes, order confirmations, and invoices will have a new look.
