The Portable CUTT meter provides non-invasive flow measurement in the most challenging industrial environments and applications – with minimal installation complexity and costs.
The Portable Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flow Meter was designed to be deployed easily to measure flow whenever you need it without difficult installations or interrupting the process like other technologies. The Portable CUTT’s transducers can be mounted to the outside pipes ranging in size from ½” through 48”.
Encased in a rugged IP67 housing, the Portable CUTT is designed to be used in temporary or permanent installations for any environment. These meters are compatible with a wide range of metal and plastic pipe materials and “corrosive liquids” that would damage standard inline flow meters. As a result, the non-intrusive, clamp-on ultrasonic sensors feature enhanced flow measurement with an onboard Datalogger, easy-to-use menu for setup, and long battery life with no pressure drop that makes it the perfect product for most liquid flow applications.

The Portable Ultrasonic flow meter can be used in wastewater treatment plants to measure flow rates non-invasively. Their external installation and portability ensure easy, contamination-free monitoring, aiding in efficient system management, leak detection, and compliance with regulatory standards, ultimately enhancing the overall operational efficiency and effectiveness of the treatment process.
Integration of a portable ultrasonic flow meter can assist water parks and other water attractions in monitoring water usage on rides while also detecting any inconsistencies in flow rates which could indicate leaks, blockages or other inefficiencies with the attractions. They can further allow parks to accurately account for water being utilized per each attraction and help provide real-time data on water usage potential cost savings.
