No immediate changes are planned to the products you purchase. We will continue to offer the current product portfolio, and spare parts, replacement units, repairs, service, and calibration support will remain available.

Over time, some product branding, labels, documentation, model naming, or part-number conventions may be updated as the organization aligns under one brand. We will provide ample notice and support before any customer-facing changes that affect purchasing, documentation, or internal records.

Yes. You can continue to work with the same sales, customer service, technical support, and application contacts you rely on today. Our goal is to maintain continuity in service, responsiveness, and relationships throughout the transition.

No changes are required at this time. Please continue placing orders the same way you do today, including purchase orders issued to AW-Lake during the transition. Lead times, inventory planning, repair and service processes, and supply chain procedures are not expected to change because of the merger.

Over time, order acknowledgements, invoices, packing slips, labels, customer portals, shipping details, billing information, or remittance instructions may be updated to reflect the new branding or legal structure. We will communicate any required changes in advance, including when to update vendor records, payment information, or purchase-order details.

Yes. As part of the transition, AW-Lake will gradually align under the KEM Flow Measurement brand. During the transition, customers may see branding that references both AW-Lake and KEM Flow Measurement.

Product markings, documents, labels, certificates, and customer-facing materials will be updated in phases. Current planning targets completion of major branding and documentation updates by early 2027. Until we provide specific instructions, please continue using your current company name, vendor record, purchasing setup, and correspondence practices.

No production facility changes are planned as part of this merger. AW-Lake’s Oak Creek, Wisconsin facility will continue day-to-day operations, and KEM Flow Measurement’s manufacturing operations in Germany will continue to support customers.

Country of origin, tariffs, and export-control status are expected to remain the same as they are today. For some international customers, fulfillment or logistics may be optimized over time where it benefits service and responsiveness; any customer-specific changes will be communicated directly.

Existing pricing agreements, discounts, contracts, NDAs, long-term agreements, warranties, blanket orders, negotiated agreements, and open quotes will continue to be honored. Current warranty, RMA, return, and service procedures are not changing at this time.

If a legal-entity, vendor setup, tax form, banking, or remittance update becomes necessary later, we will provide clear instructions and timing before action is required. We are also reviewing certification and approval-document requirements as part of the transition and will work directly with affected customers if any documentation updates are needed.

No action is needed at this time. You should continue working with us as you do today, including using your current ordering, purchasing, and contact processes. As the transition progresses, we may ask customers to update vendor records to reflect the new company name, but that is not needed right now. We will communicate any required changes well in advance and provide clear instructions to help ensure a smooth transition.
